Good morning Doctor, my sugar reports are in normal range 77 and
130, received a call from my Prameha – Diabetic patient Irfan. Obviously Irfan was very happy as he has to
go to Oman for his job and the condition was all the tests have to be normal.
Three months back, Irfan, 55
years old male patient, weighing 110kg contacted me through my skype account, he had multiple problems like
breathlessness, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, uncontrolled sugar and
overweight. Ayurveda does not consider
increased blood sugar as the prime parameter for diabetes, there is a very important factor
named as ‘Kleda’, which is responsible for high blood sugar, high cholesterol ,
increased triglyceride and above all overweight.
It was the Kleda like condition,
which is causing this trouble so my main treatment was shodhan –
complete detox treatment which was spread over 21 sessions. All these sessions were planned at his residence as per his schedule and our expert therapists did their job very well. Irfan was advised 20 minutes walk daily, without any
dieting. At the end of first month Irfan
lost only 3kg weight but relieved completely from breathlessness , we did not
get done any diagnostics. In the second month
He could not do any exercise due to
hectic work schedule so I introduced tailor-made Klednashak kadha, which he was able to take regularly, at the
end of second month his all the reports showed some improvement but they were
not normal yet. Now for the third month Irfan was on our Ayurvedic Medicines ,
on and off exercise , specially designed anti diabetic Basti – 4 sessions , no
dieting and at the end of third month his reports were in normal range and the weight has come down to 102 kg. I advised him to continue the medicines for
next 3 months and repeat the tests after three months only.
