I was discussing it with my
patients in one of my sessions for Weight Loss; everyone was surprised if it is
that much easy why everyone is struggling for it?
It is because the Formula is not
same for everyone, that the secret.
- As per your Prakruti , first we have to find
your base line intake. Yes , intake
varies as per your Prakruti.

Then comes your daily schedule – it also varies
person to person and as per the profession , this we chart out in our
“Dincharya” program like Seema is a Legal Coordinator in a reputed Law Firm ,
her working schedule is hectic, including travelling she is almost 15 hours
busy in a day, Hema is a teacher, comparatively her work hours are less, so
their Dincharya will be different although their goal is same.

Once the Prakruti and Dincharya is known we
consider external factors such as season.
Our intake of water and food should vary as per the season, this we take
in our “Rutuchrya” program.

Then the turn of your body and mind health. Unhealthy body cannot do any exercise and
unhealthy mind may lack motivation, which is the prime factor in weight loss
program.

Sleep pattern also plays an important role

Your focus and your priority
Weight loss is
not about calorie intake and burning calories , you need to consider all these
factors. To derive at the correct
formula for weight loss we need lot of inputs from the patients side. Once we get to know all these factors we come
to know why any weight loss program is not working for me.
